Kraig’s desire to help people is what motivated him to earn his master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Georgia in 1987. That same desire to serve others led him into a career in real estate. In 1995, Kraig joined The Condo Store as a sales agent. Since then, he has assisted hundreds of clients with the purchase or sale of their home. In his first year as a Realtor, Kraig placed on the back of his business card the words “I can help you.” to communicate his focus on customer care. Those words continue to resonate with everything he does to this day.

Results Driven
Not one to settle for average results, Kraig set high standards for himself as an agent and now as the owner and managing broker of Budget Brokers USA. He has won numerous accolades for outstanding sales performance and professionalism throughout his career. In 2002, Kraig proudly received the annual David Jost Tuft’s Award for outstanding customer service, attitude, and knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market.

Education and Personal Background
Kraig holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY at Oswego in New York and moved to Georgia in 1984 to study at UGA. He acknowledges his 8 years working as a social worker/case manager at two Atlanta medical centers honed his skills for listening and understanding people in diverse and challenging situations. After enjoying life in several in-town properties, he now resides in Marietta with his wife Treva, who he met when she purchased a condominium in 1996. They now have three children: Caroline, Audrey, and David. Kraig is an avid sports enthusiast and has been an Atlanta Falcons season ticket holder since 1992. He follows SEC football (Go Dawgs!), ACC basketball, and supports many community and arts events. Kraig and his family are active members of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in East Cobb.
